“My Favorite Memories at Southern Lab”

While it is extremely hard to choose just one favorite moment at the Lab—because I have so many—my favorite has been being a student trainer. Becoming a trainer allowed me to meet people I had never had conversations with before and get to know them beyond a simple hello and goodbye. I had the opportunity to experience the athletes in a different element, witnessing firsthand the hard work and dedication that go into both their successes and challenges under the bright lights of Friday night football.
